Water Utility Assistance Program
Are you in an emergency situation and unable to pay your water bill? The Water Utility Assistance Program provides eligible low-income households with a one-time emergency payment of up to $150 to assist with disconnection or deposits for water bills.
Who Is Eligible?
● Total household income must be at or below 125% of federal poverty guidelines
